We Have Some New Members

Savannah was so pleased to learn that she did not suffer from some sort of bizarre illness - and that all of her strange tattoos and sensations were the result of magic. It didn't take long for her to be convinced.

Her parents, on the other hand, were quite the opposite. From what I have been told by the girl and the three young wizards, her parents took quite a bit of convincing. In fact, I believe it was the appearance of Dr. Bones and some other members of Malo's small army that solidified their belief.

I feel a bit sorry for them, though. Like all those who learn of the existence of magic, their entire world has been turned upside down. Everything they thought they knew has gone out the window, so to speak. For Maggie and Brian, their old selves are now going to be nothing but a cover for their real purpose in life.

You see, along with their daughter, they have been brought into the Sentinels. They will learn how to keep an eye open for things of the magical realm, for wizards and goblins, artifacts, and spells. Their daughter will work with me so that I might teach her how to better control her powers. Without practice, at some point those powers could drive her insane - and that just would not do anyone any good.

And so, the Sentinels have grown, adding three new members who will assist us in any way they can. I am certain all three of them will eventually see things they wish they could forget. I only hope they can learn to accept them without any psychological consequences. We do not need any of our members losing touch with reality.
